1 day auctions - At least 10 feedback?

I always thought you had to have at least 10 feedback to post a 1 day listing. Link to eBay policy here: 1-day listings

However my new Stealth account has 0 feedback and I just posted a 1 day listing without any problems.

Have they recently changed the rules or something? I'd be surprised if they actually made a rule change in FAVOR of the sellers for once

I also used to have to have 10 feedback to do buy it now listing with more than 1 item and its working now with zero feedbacks, so it must have changed!
