Cant searching my item on .com but work on .uk .au

I just found out my item did not searching on ebay.com

What is the problem?

It showed few days ago but not shown anymore

my account registered on ebay.co.uk but i listing on .com

Can search on ebay.co.uk , com.au

Can be just a glitch - I have had this happen before unless...you did say shipping worlwide? US enabled right?
