Default Restricted or limited and have store items ending soon?

Are you limited on listings and have store items ending soon? I just moved the items from my store into a regular listings and fixed price listings. My account has be whacked with restrictions I can't post or even relist any listings for certain brands. But I had the same brands ending as store items I was able to move the items into regular and fixed listings despite the restrictions.

I'm trying to make sense of the restriction they all tell me that I can't list for 30 days but I have been able to list in moderation on some brands and some brands are straight banned. Every message I get is the same don't relist any of these for 30 days message. But the rules seam to be different from item to item and brand to brand.

Lets say I have items A, B, C, and D. I can list 3 A's per day on friday but by tuesday I can't I can't list any. B's I can't list any at all (except moving from store to a regular listing). C's I can list a certain number of listings once I reach that number I'm done listing. And D's I can list the same number of listings per day as I had listed the week prior to the restriction.

A, B, C, D, all give you the same message no listing for 30 days...WTF

You may want to let that account cool do a little, leave it alone, and use another eBay account. Give it 2-4 weeks to cool down.

Yeah, you should let it cool down. In my experience, if you keep pushing it to the max, they will kill your account sooner or later. Happened to me twice, since then I rotate over all my accounts.

EBHL , Yes the listings are all "luxury" items that they have listings on.

imjustme, or aspkin: were you selling all legit stuff or not? Will they kill my account if all my items are legit items?

Memphis:
If me, I would take it slow..
They will gradually let you list more, as you receive pos feedback for the items youve already sold..

Im curious as to what you said and what they said that allowed you to list again after they said you couldnt for 30days. I cant imagine ebay caring if 1 seller out of a zillion said they are leaving to go else where because elsewhere is no where.
