How to remove duplicate bid on ebay auction?

Hi all!

I'm a newbie to the ebay auctions, but I'm not a newbie to the ebay. Today I have placed my very first ebay bid. Unfortunately as a less experience skills, I have placed a duplicate bid (2 bid). Because after I bid, ebay mentioned "Increase max bid". I though someone, same time bid higher value than me. But finally I realized it's not.

How do I remove/delete my second bid?

Thank!

Fill in an ebay bid retraction form. Type that into google to get a direct link for the form

Make sure you do a retraction AND let the seller know too.

Thank you GreenBean and JamesNorth. But I think it's no longer need. Now someone go beyond my bid level. :D

Lucky you

Always be careful before pressing buttons. A seller could make problems if you happen to win

Good luck for the future,KitCat

Wow.

That is awesome someone jumped in and save you the hassle.

For most of us we are all on a double check when doing multiple operations.

Be careful for future auctions - keep track of what you are doing :) to avoid mistakes.
