Taking pics on iPhone for listings

If I'm using my iPhone to take pics for stealth accounts and uploading them to the relevant user accounts on my laptop do I need to do anything to them before using them on my eBay listings or are the ok to use as they are on seperate user accounts?

You need to remove all data stored on those pics, Iphone pics save way too much data that could link you easily. Use exif stripper.

Quick question, do you take all your pics with an iphone?

Exif stripper -> you can use batch purifier lite as well

At the moment I do on my genuine account but need to know the best way on stealth accounts

What about using a digital camera is that better and do the pics still need to be cleaned or not?

I would recommend a Digital Camera, those pics still need to be cleaned.
