Can eBay Prevent A Listing From Showing In Search?
 

I've been selling with this account for about two months. My listing always ranked at number 1-3 position...always. I had a few complaints and requests for refunds even had a couple of opened cases, everything resolved and refunds made. The ad was taken down a couple of times which I think was because of competitors.

I haven't listed anything for about three weeks. Now I go to list the same item in the same way and it doesn't even show when I search for the exact title.

Can I be banned and still be allowed to create a listing (which I paid for)?

Accounts that have issues such as you described no longer rank for search positions.

You are trying to REUSE an ad / sell an item that has been taken down "couple of times"?!? Are you trying to lose the account?

The listing was active for about a month. I tested all categories thinking maybe it was a category block but no, it's every ad. The account has basically been turned into a buyer's account with the privilege of paying for ads that ghost.
