ebay auction management software?

hi,
i want a software that automatically detects non-paid items, sends reminders 8 days after auction, and closes the non-paying bidder dispute 8 days after the reminder. i have been doing this by hand, but it is hard to keep track of all the non-paying bidders, and sometimes i forget and end up paying fees for something that i didnt get paid for. is there a software that takes care of all this automatically?
