Click through a poor 1% any advice on how to get higher %
Just getting to understand all the impressions and clicks, click through, sell through and what it all means, I've never bothered with it before but now I understand it I've noticed some of my listings have a sell through rate of 25% with is good enough for me cos 1 of of 4 people that view my listing actually buys it, but my click through is only 1% so every 100 people that see me listing only 1 clicks on it, this is very poor and I could be making a lot more if I can get more buyers to click on my listings,
first thought was to change my picture, but I'm using same photo that about 10 other sellers on eBay are using the same photo and selling 10x what I am, so where do you think I'm going wrong? The other sellers are higher than me in best match so do you think buyers are seeing the same photo as mine when they first search and by the time they scroll down the page there bored of seeing it 10 times already then just skipping past mine?
My listings are perfect and I've spent so much time on them and I'm getting good sales 25% from buyers who actually view it but I'm just struggling to get more people to click on it, any pro's on here got any advice on what the problem might be? Thanks |
