 Any1 Know Where I Can Get my Own CSS + Hosting
I don't wanna use anyone's css and their free hosting they provide for the css file. I am afraid that can cause harm to stealth.
I have Kompozer. I can teach myself the html part. Where do I get the css for the html and the hosting for that file?

* EDIT: The html part is cake and can be changed up. It seems all the premium templates for sale come with a css file that is hosted on the sellers shared server. Isn't this bad? Everyone who buys a template with be using the same style sheet and the same server it's hosted at. This can't be good for any account OR is it perfectly fine? OR, here's the better safest solution: Where to get a style sheet that I can modify/edit and i'll need to host it right?
