eBay - Change Title on GTC after you already have sales
 

I have a listing that i sold alot on, but i need to change something in the title that is confusing buyers.

Is there anyway to change the title? even if i call eBay? I dont want to end it and relist it since its an excellent lisitng and i have made alot of sale on it, alot of watchers, and excellent best match.

You can add more Text at the bottom of your listing, so you can't actually change the information already there but you can add more information and it will show as added information to your listing.

Strangest thing...this morning, i was able to edit the title of all my listings..even the ones that i sold on...maybe they changed the features?

That is odd because it is (or at least has not been) possible to change a title after a sale. I will have to go look at my titles on my GTC auctions because I have a few I would like to change.

same thing on my gtc listing it now lets me change title

On continuous listings you can at anytime edit anything.

You should be able to change and modify the listing as long as no pending offer on it. Try it and report back OP

Un-freaking-real. I just changed my title in my GTC listing. When did they start allowing this?

They always have on Continuously listed until ended listings.

Maybe I am mistaking, but I could have sworn that I tried changing the title before and it did not let me. Either way, I am happy to be able to do it!

They only allowed it until the first sale on GTC, after the first sale, the title could not be edited. It seems that now it has been changed though. One thing ebay did for the better...unlike the upcoming Top Rated Seller program change in Aug.
