channel advisor, safe to use?

Hi,
Just my luck as I finally caved into channel advisors sales team and agree to a 6month contract at £600 per month and £1500 launch assist for ebay and amazon 2 days before they perform the ebay scrape my ebay account gets idefinetely suspended :(....
Im now looking to the future and have the stealth ebay book and will from now on spread my listings over multiple accounts, and will soon do the same for Amazon..
In my mind this is when a tool like channeladvisor could be invaluable, multiple ebay and amazon accounts all fed stock from one source and one backend fulfilment to deal with has to be a good thing. But does that mean channel advisor would let ebay and amazon be able to link those accounts to each other so if one should go down they will all go down?????
Im going to ask the channel advisor sales guy, but knowing them they will say, sure it will work! If anybody knows the answer or even the correct questions to ask please let me know..

Personally I would avoid channel advisor. If you are making that much sales to afford channel advisor, you can afford to hire in house workers. Just my 2 cents.

Your probably right, I was tempted by the promise of getting onto all those other channels and increasing the turnover with a few clicks of a mouse.. It was just so tedious creating a listing for ebay, then create a listing for Amazon, then another for our own website so on and so on..and staff just dont do the job as good as I could.. Wish I could clone myself!

Ah, you're a perfectionist..

Have you looked at Inkfrog, Auctiva or some of the other auction listing tools?
