Auctiva can't link to new ebay accounts anymore?

I know auctiva can't list items for new ebay account within 90 days old.
I was just trying to link auctiva for my new ebay accounts for automatic feedback leaving. But eBay ask me to call them if I want to generate an auctiva token.
New to me, anyone else have same issue?
