Ebay identity
 

Hello I setup a stealth account on paypal with vcc and number only havent added a bank yet
with ebay I submitted the same vcc details and number and setup the card to pay fees also under a new admin on pc and useing dongle I went to list a item for less then £20 ebah said we need to confirm your identity before you can list so I press next to confirm the options were add a bank account or link paypal to pay fees so I linked paypal so now I would pay the fees by paypal but I still keep getting this same message when I try listing the item any ideas please is it I need to add a bank account I got 1 waiting but didnt want to use yet just incase this stealth gets killed

i think to fast try to sell, i wait 2weeks and than it go on.

Have the same issue. Never was a problem before. I always made accouts this way before. Having made over 100s accounts. This is the first I have encountered this issue

I would have to agree that you did not wait long enough to set up your sellers account. When you set up, you want to follow the ST procedures to the number, and set up your account. You will never know if you are going to get burned with an account until you have your bank account on it. You can not skip any of the steps in setting up and then hold back on confirming a bank account. Also verify your VCC, EB and PP both have been upping their game when dealing with VCC & VBA. It is possible you might have a burned VCC.

thanks for the info I will try and verify the vcc first then I will add a bank account or is it safe to add a bank account to ebay as it says add a bank account recommended or a verifyed paypal has I have a saver to use which accepts mismatch

You need a bank account to verify the PayPal. You cannot verify with a VCC. The VCC will only confirm the address on the PayPal after a bank account has been added. You can also use the VCC to fund the PayPal
