Auction Listing Question

I have an item on an auction listing that is bidding at $5.75 and someone emailed me that they will pay me $15 right now for the item.

I still have 2 two days left for the auction and I did not include a "buy it now" option in the listing, it is auction only.

Is there any way I can make the sale now with this interested buyer or do I have no choice but to wait for the auction to be over?

I don't think I can end the auction while there are still bids on the item, correct?

Sure, you can end an auction any time...

Not really at any time. Must be more then 24 hours before item duration ends
when you can cancel it. At that time you can choose to end the item
and make the highest bidder the winner, or end it and cancel the bidding.
