I have a aged stealth account that I recently bought and I thought I would list some sony headphones I had laying around that are worth about 150. Is this to risky to sell and would get me noticed by ebay or should I start selling lower priced items first

That would be a yes and yes, reading around the forum and learning about stealth from other people's experiences is as important as having access to an aged account, and if you had been doing that you would already know the answers to your questions and it is the only way to build a solid foundation that will last the course

Welcome to the forums - even if it's aged, a first sale such as electronics is dangerous. Go for low-priced non-risky items

I won't lie to you it is not ideal .....


However.....


If it is a 'used' item and listed it as such........if you use multiple pictures of your own, rather than stock images.....then it needn't be a huge problem.

If it was me I would be inclined to list another 4 or 5 items of various used value to go 'in sync' with this sale.

Whatever you do is on your own head though.....my golden rule has always been never list anything on a stealth that you can't afford to take a hit for if your account gets busted.

my limits are 100/5000 and the headphones are used the account is a month old

I would probably play it safe and get 10 feedbacks under my belt before I listed them.

Yep it is wise to start slow with low cost items let eb get used to you not ripping people off and 10 fb is kinda a platform with ebay and I say it is a good start before listing anything over 100 bucks

How obvious is it that he's just planning on selling "deats by bre" out of the box as used. And he's just running the story by you guys as a test audience.

What fricken headphones are worth $150 used? And better yet - who "just finds $150 headphones lying around the house" ?
