Christmas Time and Vero suspensions!
Hi guys!
You probably have noticed ebay has done a lot of Vero item cleanup lately due to xmas time approaching. Also I heard rumors that since the economy is in a recession these days and malls are probably doing half of what they normally do, lawyers of fashion brands came down on ebay.
They do this cleanup almost every year but I noticed this year it's way more harsh than last year. I had a friends who is selling vero items with feedback over 600 got his account closed for good without any warning.
So I suggest cool down till mid of Jan so you get past xmas and new years. A lot of good standing accounts are getting closed.
I also read in the news that Black Fridays sales were up %18 compared to last year which tells us low prices really brought customers from ebay to shopping malls. I noticed %50 less bids on my clothing items. |
