Default Buyer want refund 48hrs cause a second class order has not delivered

Whats the best way to deal with this?

Low cost item less than 5, Free delivery RoyalMail second class with no tracking. Estimated delivery time is 3 working days. Buyer wanted a refund just 48hrs after order cause item has not delivered. Threat of escalation and negative feedback if refund is not provided.

Obviously no way to proof order has dispatched since its not tracked, just franked 0.36p.

Refund him and send a nice message and walk away. No point debating and get neg'd on an account over 7 maximum.

Just got to use bit of savvy with these ones, no point messing about.

Refund the donut, but in this case you can report this buyer too however refund and blocking the buyer is best

Is there a way to auto block new buyers. Someone with say less than 4 feedbacks or someone who registered less than 3 months ago?

Anything under 20, I just autmatically refund and send a super lovely message thats riddled with "I know you are full of ****" hints. Just make sure that they are as happy as they can be and if its super cheap item and you have more of them, even send them a freeby- I feel like its always a big "heh" to them.

If the buyer has threatened you negative feedback, you can get it removed as that is against ebay rules.
