Quality or trolls?
 

I have this one acct, did great, buy it nows,high prices, etc. it usually does great with its first 20 or do sales on a new acct. after around the 9th feedback, I start getting lots of accusations, broken, etc. I get it back and test it out, it's fine, but the thing is, it's only certain accts that get these, usually around 9 feedback and beyond. So, what do u guys think? Competitors/trolls, dumb customers, or just quality is not as good to par? Any input of your experience would be great. Thx.

have experienced something similar on an acct not too long ago. went through about 20 of the same items and all was good and then all hell broke loose(random customer complaints)... made no sense... I sense sabotage but really have no idea

Unless you can pinpoint competition, I see these as part of the Wheel of Fortune.

It just seems to happen.

These accounts I mark tainted. I keep them active but with little activity in terms of funds going thro'.

Two of these are back to par now. But are still nourished.

Reminded me of this.....

Dd this account ever get notices? Brother had an account like that. Got one notice and a down hill slide started. Account did recover.

haha welcome back gb! nope, no notices whatsoever, but the more these accts get complaints, return requested, the acct goes downhill from there. these accts get totally tainted. last in search results etc. low prices after that. time to make more accts.

what im doing now is to resell my returns as used and see what the number of complaints pn these used sales. my supplier swears by it that they are good, but at the same time, its weird that these peoblems only occur in certain accts.

i suspect it could be trolls, either competitors or other more undesirable trolls.

yes maybe so... the item I had was the only one of its kind on eby and all was smooth for like a month and then all of a sudden I get all these idiots jumpn out the woodworks... when I get the item back theres absolutely nothing wrong with it...
