Is it what I think it means?
 

We have credited all associated fees except for the final value fee for your listing(s).

They removed my listing. Is ebay saying that they refunded my buyers of the item I sold and want me to still pay the final value fee? haha, I am not paying that if ebay thinks I am going to pay them with my cash. They can ban my account.

Can someone confirm.

It means they credited all associated fees excluding final value fees. Meaning you are only paying final value fees, not insertion fees or upgrades etc.. all other fees are credited because they ended your listings.

Make sure you do not put those other linked accounts in danger by messing around with non payment of anything

Yea it happens, it went to a dispute if you refunded without dispute no charge Would have happened

All final value fees have been indeed refunded, the listing is nullified - they have not refunded your buyers because they expect that buyers would not have paid for the items (Since the listing is terminated)
