[Paypal Australia - Urgent] How to change DOB to correct one?

Hi Guy,

Does anybody can guide me how to change paypal date of birth which I believe I have put a f a k e one?

I can not find anywhere on profile page that show my date of birth.

180days has passed and I think I am ready to withdraw my fund but to make sure my DOB is correct before ringing them. I am sure they will ask my ID for proof of personal information.

My name was correct so should not be a problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
I do not have direct experience on AU account and I do not think you can change it on PayPal platform but you can make your documents accordingly to that right?

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, I can not find how to access "view limit" at instruction below on paypal AU.

Anyone have any other idea?

Did you get an email from them saying that the funds are available? If so you have no reason to call them, you can just log in and withdraw.

If for any reason you have to call, then one option would be to come clean and say "look sorry to be honest I just made it up" just a suggestion
