Can ebay identify by using Eparcel and Click n send
 

I use Eparcel and Click and send for postage. These are registered in my name and I have used them in the past for ebay accounts that have now been suspended. I, currently, have ebay stealth accounts but I still use the same Eparcel and click and send accounts to post items. Of course I haven't linked them to my new ebay stealths. I manually upload the tracking number onto ebay. I've noticed that the tracking always starts with the same figures and was wondering if this identifies my business account with Eparcel Australia Post and therefore Ebay will detect that and eventually identify my stealth because of the tracking numbers. My questions are:

1. Can ebay identify my new stealth accounts via tracking numbers generated by click and send/Eparcel?
2. My tracking numbers always starts with the same numbers/figures. Does anyone know what this means?
