Setting up a business account
 

Hi Everyone

I am looking at setting up a business account for ebay and also PP.

I have a business name and a new address, email add etc, however for the business contacts information - can I use the same name and DOB?

Not entirely sure how to approach this so any suggestions from would be appreciated.

Don't quite understand your question but Yes same name and DOB shouldn't matter to be honest.

I have a previously suspended individual ebay account - PP account is still working though. I now want to set up a new PP and ebay account (both business accounts).

My question is can I set up a new business account using the same name and DOB as a previously suspended ebay account or would this cause a linkage? All the other details will be different such as address, email, phone etc.

Name is one thing, DOB is another. Fudge the DOB by a digit and if ever questioned you can just say it was a typo when signing up. They should be going by your business info though with EIN, business address, etc.

I'm just planning ahead as at some point I would be required to verify info with PP but at the same time I don't want to get linked to another banned account....
