Paypal delaying withdrawls

Paypal just started delaying my withdrawls to my bank account. Account is 6 months old. Has all the restrictions removed. But the last week, I withdrew 199 and it said on hold for 24 hours. I did another 199 2 days later and it said on hold for 48 hours. Again it said 48 hours. Not sure whats going on. Of course the generic reason they give is for security reason. WTF

is it an accumulation of funds or from a specific buyer?
I know they do that if the buyer's source of payment is iffy.

They seem to do it a lot in the recent days.

I got these messages on 3 accounts, which are verified and had no issues in the recent time.

Also they are applying random 21 days holds on certain payments.

This has started about 1-2 weeks ago.
