can I link TWO ebay accounts to ONE paypal account
 

My current ebay account is at risk, with two MC018 violation and a MC017 (selling restrictions). I would like to give it a 3 month cooling off period.

But My paypal is in very good shape.

Can I creat another ebay account and link it to my existing paypal and start selling again on the new one, or i need to have a new paypal account to go with the new ebay account?

I guess I will need a new phone number and a new email address, and still use the same postal address and my real name.

I guess ebay and paypal share info, so they know that i have two ebay accounts if they care, but as long as my ebay account is not suspended, do they go that far? My experience is I wont get suspended all of a sudden, it always come after 2 major violations, so I have a chance to stop selling to avoid a suspension when it comes to that stage.

is it safe? if one goes down the other may also, but to save you making more bank accounts, there is a certain appeal to it, many forum members do it.

Yes you can have 2 eBay accounts per Paypal account.
If 1 eBay account goes down be ready for the other to die rather quickly.
If your Paypal gets limited be ready to lose both eBay accounts.
You MUST keep track of your data very carefully.
The use of separate computer user accounts is a MUST.
1 Computer user account = 2 ebay accounts & 1 Paypal account.
Each eBay account gets its own Auctiva account.

I practice this on just about 90% of all my eBAY accounts.
Here is a brief explanation:
1 - Create a new user account on my computer
2 - Collect the "Personal" data I will be using
3 - Start a "Stealth" Paypal account
4 - Lift Paypal withdraw limits
5 - Add a credit card and then enter the expanded use 4 digit code
6 - Add a checking account and validate it with 2 small deposits.
7 - Enter the 2 deposits back into Paypal to get my account limits lifted
8 - NOW I have a verified and "safe" Paypal account with no withdraw limits.
9 - Open a "Stealth" ebay account with same data and credit card as Paypal account.
10 - Link eBay account to Paypal account (Must to sell VERO)
11 - WAIT 30 DAYS OR MORE on account "A"
12 - Open a 2nd eBay account with the SAME user data and credit card as Paypal account.
13 - Link 2nd eBay account to Paypal (Must to sell VERO)
14 - WAIT 30 DAYS on account "B"
15 - Now you have eBay "A", eBay "B" & Paypal "1" accounts
16 - Sell on account eBay "A" while eBay "B" ages
17 - When eBay "B" ages 30+ days you can sell on it

Rinse and Repeat.......

As per User information:
EACH set of eBay"A". eBay"B" and Paypal "1" has their OWN computer user account to keep flash & cookies separate.
Yes both eBay accounts have the same exact user information, address, phone and credit card linked to them.
Yes this is the SAME EXACT information used on the Paypal account.
The only thing that is different from eBay"A" to eBay "B" is the email address.
This is so that you can accept payment from 2 eBay accounts into the same Paypal account.

NOTES:
This is very useful when you need to place a account in sleep mode to let VERO ALERTS pass
Pay all eBay fees with a valid Visa Gift Card.... Not through Paypal.
Deal with the 21 day hold on your payments unless you know the trick (No I will not tell you)
BE VERY AWARE that if any part of the tri-fecta goes south and gets suspended so will the other parts.

I have been selling on my current ebay account for 3 months, with 3 strikes expiring not until August.

I set it to pay ebay fee via Paypal automatically. So i can set it not to pay via paypal in the future so that I can open a different ebay acount, right? it should be safe, i think.

And I need TWO PCs to access the TWO Ebay Accounts, but can access the SAME paypal accounts from the TWO PCs?

You dont need 2 pcs
 

You don't need 2 PC's they cannot see your computer name as far as I know, you can just create a new user account on your current pc. Follow the post above by HereWeGoAgain and you'll be fine

OK. I guess I will creat two Windows User Account in my current PC and use they to login to each eBay account respectively.

That's all you have to do- every time, change user ac, change IP, enter new info.

I dont understand the exact reason;
why do you have seperate user accounts ie seperate cookies etc for the two ebays that have all same info and are attached to same paypal?

with the 2ebay +1Paypal plan. When i swith to the eBay B, do i need to remove the link between paypal and ebay A? so that this one paypal is linked to only one ebay account at any time. does it help at all. maybe not.

Yes, i guess we don't know the exact reason why should we do it in a certain way, it was just proved to be worked.

^^^No: you have ebayA account and ebayB account linked to paypal. While there are problems on ebayA, you just leave it alone and do transactions with ebayB & the paypal account. When ebayA is OK & ebayB has troubles, you switch around.
The way I say it that I leave the account to rest. HWGA calls it 'sleep mode'. The 'norty' account just rests. LOL:cheer:

Hi, i tried to list item on my eBay account B, and receive money into the same Paypal acount. but it won't allow me to do so:

"Your PayPal account email address (to receive payments)
The PayPal email address you entered has to match your eBay email address (in your My eBay settings). Enter your registered eBay email address."


Of course I created my eBay account B using a different email address, i mean different to the paypal email and that of eBay A. eBay does not allow me to register two account using the same email. I can't use the new email address to accept money because it is not registered with paypal.

What's wrong, is this the latest change made by eBay or I did sth wrong?

but you can't register a second ebay account using the same email address do you?

if you can tell me how. as i have tried. it will tell me that I have already registered and wont let me proceed with registratrion of a new account. please help.

Why would you want to register a 2nd ebay account with the same email address?

because if i register with a different address, which is what i did, i can not accept payment into the same paypal account as i used with my first ebay account.

You can add an extra 5 email addresses to your PayPal account. Go to profile- add/edit email address.

But why bother keeping flash cookies and cookies separate if every other piece of information is the same? The accounts are linked by the information used, and having more than one ebay account per PayPal account is allowed anyway.

But HWGA is saying not to keep them separate. It says EACH set of ebayA,ebayB & paypal must be in its own computer user account. I read that as keeping them all together:peace:

This is useful method when you want to be able to list more than they let you on one account. Just keep in mind that if you get suspension on one of those accounts, the other ones will follow since they are linked.

you must wait 30 days for account A to age before you open account B? If so why is that? Is it ok to open both a+b together, let them both age but dont start selling on b until 60 days pass?

Hi guys,thank you all for the information. I had eBay B up and running for a few days now. I did not give it that 30 days waiting time, i started listing in 3 days once I had 5 feedback which is required to list on ebay.com. This might be a bit risky? i had 6 items in there now. I guess the 30 days is just to be on the safe side?

anyone tried the full 6 ebays to 1 paypal??

I wouldnt do more than 2 or 3, but curious

No point to do 6:1 ratio. Over-complicates the stealth issue.

Hi guys, interesting thread going to give at a go. One question, you mention keeping one account in the background for when the other one has problems....However, could i run BOTH of these accounts at the same time and have them both selling items at the same time while linked to the same paypal?

As you can see the last post on this thread was over 4 years ago.

Due to the introduction of selling limits, it is no longer advisable to attach two ebay accounts to one Paypal.

It is certainly possible to do but there is a very good chance that ebay will view the two accounts as attempting to circumvent the selling limits that are in place. As a result they may restrict one or both accounts.

If you still think it's worthwhile make sure you don't sell the same item on the two accounts as that will dramatically increase the chances of action being taken against you.

Here's worse news.

Making a 2nd account like you mention will likely see that account suspended.

ebay will regard its making as trying to circumvent selling limits.

Be careful.

I tried this method a few times and it's just not worth it, the account becomes more fragile than normal

And as GreenBean mentioned they Really push the issue of circumventing the limits

Just make sure you do not list in any of the same categories across both accounts

Each eBay account needs to sell items that are in different categories

I have made 2 eBay accounts with one paypal at the same time both starting at 10/1000

And also have added a eBay account to an already aged account and was given high limits on the second accounts 100/5000 as soon as it was opened , and also was given a quick raise to 450/20,000 on that second account within a week

So in my experience although I often hear it, they did not split my limits

And a problem with one is a problem for both

There really isn a benefit to opening two eBay accounts with one paypal, on paper it sounds great more limits , but they are watched so much more

It's been working for me for years. What you do is make the extra ebay accts sellers in sequence. Max out one then make the second one a seller then sell. The thing is you must never run them at the same time. PP doesn't like all these emails/sales bouncing in their bank which alerts ebay.
The reason I use them is that if I get flagged I can still sell on that PP.
