According to the guide, business accounts can withstand more trouble than personal which sounds necessary for stealth.
Do most eBay stealthers stick with personal accounts? | I see your AU , try Usa if you can . AU is a little harder for me then usa .
I would stick to personal to start, if you have to call ebay its a lot less risk. I made business accounts on ebay before and they asked for docts. I never got asked that for personal accounts.
wait for the account to show that its able to live . You do not want to waste your business info do you?
The guide also says to start slow. I would love to list 1000 items right now , but i cannot. I have to deal with the slow start.
If i was you, i would make about 5 to 15 accounts(anymore is really hard to manage. After they get big i would let some age and take down the listings. ).post about 5 to 6 LOW RISK and CHEAP items on each account. Do not sell more then 100$ a week for the first month or so.
Also buy a aged account with feedback here, i bought one for 300$ and it helped me out a lot, when i got all my ebays banned.
You probably will not listen, so i will tell you now. If you are going to sell high risk items do not sell more then 1 the first 2 months. If you do not see a single new account selling the item, do not even try. PS: personal accounts can have huge limits.Business accounts just seem to work better, in the long run
