Return adddress

I recently had an overseas buyer who opened a return request. I'm happy to refund the buyer once they return the item, however, I need to add a name and address so they can return it. The previous return address I used no longer works for me. I have access to a PO Box which I could use but just not sure what name to put as the account is stealth. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Also, just wondering does the 'return' name and address have to match the 'registered' name and address in eBay?

Send the buyer a prepaid label in the mail with w/e address, eBay won't be able to see it

The buyer is international not local so this would be difficult to do.

Elmo, do you know if the registered account name address has to match the return name and address?

Ask them for their email and then send them a prepaid label in the email for them to print out
