I couldn't even set up a real one when I was living there, real id, real address. I mean i set it up but was never able to link a local bank to it, even tried several different ones. I never tried linking it to a US bank account though which I believe you can. This was a few years ago and it was recommended for the local bank to use Union Bank. My wife had an account and we linked it to her Union Bank account but withdrawals took like a week which in PayPal time feels like forever. |
