PayPal- cannot log on

My financial details have changed- new Debit Card, new home address, new mobile number. All this due to returning to Oz from Thailand where I last used PayPal. Have tried many times to answer Security questions BUT... final confirmation depends on getting an SMS from PP which is impossible because they have the wrong mobile number & I can't log on to correct it!! Catch-22.

Are you using the automated system or are you talking to a person at PayPal?
