AU PayPal account with UK credit card?

Is it possible to create a PayPal australia without having an Australian credit/debit card?

If not, do you know of any virtual credit/debit card that could be used to verify it and that can be open from UK residents and therefore not AUS residents ?

If your vcc is good then you should not have an issue

Actually the issue is that the VCC billing address is UK and PayPal wants an Aussie address... you know what i mean ?

Check the marketplace section here. There are VCCs being sold that work anywhere.
