Verifying a card to PayPal with billing address AU

With my friends permission to verify my account a bit more, when linking a debit card with PayPal are you able to use the same billing address on your account or does it have to match the billing address linked to the card?

i did add my debit card - different 100% and still receive 4 code to approve paypal, you can try and will success
