| 1 - should be , but doesnt have to some banks allow name mismatching
2 - yes because they will link your details , and if they banned you they probably said "you are not allowed to do bussines with us anymore" or something like this
3. - read forum mate, new device, ip or ipburger , private dedicated ip , dont link any tracks dont put any info that could lead them to your main |
