Getting buyer to give up..is it possible? and will paypal take my money?
 

Hi

This will be a rather juvenile question. Even though its so easy its just ive been burned a few too many times.

A buyer has received the item (designer shoes) and has just sent an email stating that they are XXXX - which they are.

They paid by paypal however i dont have a credit card or bank account linked. The way i took funds out was to transfer it to another paypal account and withdraw it through the second paypal acct. It was however at one stage linked to a bank account but its since been removed.

what are the standard responses to buyers for these emails? My emails usually state 'all sales final bla bla bla'. Is there any way to possibly get out of a dispute or should i just be crossing my fingers and hope the buyer doesnt go through with it?

Should they try to get funds out of me, the bank account has 90c in it. Does AU have collection agencies? the address on the paypal account is the real one.

Don't try to scam buyers for the sake of a few dollars. Tell me your seller ID as I will make sure I never bid on your items :boink:

if someone isnt happy cos they dont want a xxxx item, refund them,

some buyers buy it knowing its a xxxx, some buyers dont notice, some are just happy witht the price and would have never afforded/wanted to spend that much on an original anyway...

BUT for the buyers that wanted real and discover a xxxx, a refund is a must, its YOU that is on the wrong side of the fence not them....
