PayPal says my identity is verified but nothing happens.
 

Hello everyone.

Today I tried to transfer some money from my PayPal account into my bank account, only to find that it wouldn't work as my account was not verified. I then pressed the "verify account" button, and got this message in response:

"We verified your identity"
"Your account has been restored. You're all set."
Great, I thought, but then the exact same problem kept happening. I verified my account several times, it still won't let me do anything and says I need to verify my account.
I am finding this rather frustrating. Has anyone had the same problem?

You need to verify your Bank account

sometimes, some glitch in their system. If the error persists, message the support. If they still need to verify the account, they will send you list of documentation to provide and a link to upload it.

I have already verified everything with them. I think they currently have technical problem.

My AU PayPal keeps asking me to confirm my identity when I try to make a withdrawal.

Quite possibly - wait a few days and hopefully it resolves

How did yoou go, any resolution?
Mine is the same, check your paypal wallet and see if there is a "confirm identity" message - i have one but weeks ago i was told i didnt need to it was already verified etc so not sure wether its a glitch or what...i have seen other similar report over here..

Yes, mine was the same. Most of my paypal accounts have that message and I have waited almost a week and still can not withdraw money to bank.

A week omg!!! mines only been 2 days and im freaking out - have you been in contact with them at all or herd of anybody who has? I am about to put my ebay store on holiday settings as the funds are building up, i dont want to not be bale to access them and still have to send out a huge pile of orders for free. Paypal has a pretty average history...how are you coping not being able to withdraw for a week, im suprised there isnt more of an uproar from around the Country..

Happened to me also, both times it fixed itself after a few minutes of confirming and reconfirming. *phew*

This glitch happened again today.
