paypal payments hmm
 

hello askpin i am new here

i have lots of exp with paypal and paypal accounts and limited accs funds and all that
but this week have ran into one problem

paypal is not allowing payments to be sent and when rung thay say there internal security system flags the payment and it will not go through thay return to say that the account is in good standing and there is no limits in place and this should only affect said transaction.
when infact it will not let any payment go through.
i understand that waiting 3 days usaly solves this issue and it gos back to normal.
well in this case that is not happening and the account is fully verified with a confirmed card linked to it.
im at a loss here because usually i get around such issues already
any advice to be able to make the account send payments would be good.

PayPal support are unable to assist because this is PayPal's secret security system and only very few seniors/execs know how it works, its largely just automated bot.

My suspicion is that its not your account with the issue, its where you are sending the money to that's an issue and their internal security system has flagged it.

Maybe wait longer or try from another paypal account to test this theory out.

How much roughly are you trying to send and has your account sent that amount before. Like I said though I doub tits your account, its the receiver.
