Wondering if anyone has any experience with the following:
I use a PayPal account to send and receive funds (around AUD $25,000 per month).
I was limited and I faxed back the information and my account was restored.
I can now receive payments OK, I can withdraw money OK, but I can't send money using my credit card.
It kept coming up with an error similar to "Some payment methods are not available for this transaction" and it only allowed me to make an eCheque payment (3 days) and not a payment from my credit card or an Instant Bank Account payment.
I decided to delete my bank account, and now when I try to send payments, it has the error "Sorry, your payment won't go through. To make it work, you'll need to add money to your account and pay with your PayPal balance."
I have called up PayPal three times and they keep saying that there is nothing wrong with my account but that the specific transaction has been blocked by internal security system and that there is nothing they can do. I am facing the problems for multiple sellers that I used to buy regularly from. I am still able to use by credit card through my PayPal account if purchasing ebay items.
I tried making the unsuccessful payments from another PayPal account (different IP address and windows account) and was able to make the payment successfully.
Any ideas to get this problem solved? |
