Has anyone in Aus been able to bypass the Managed Pay yet?

Hi, ive been banned a few times from ebay, and they wont let me make a managed pay account for whatever reason, maybe I've pissed them off too much, simple question, has anyone been able to bypass managed pay and use their account without involving someone else? (eg if you get your friend to do it, itll ruin their taxes)
