Can Australia people with 0 feedback list at ebay.com

Hi there

I just create my own stealth account.

Just wondering how to be able to sell at ebay.com with Aus Ip and 0 feedback.

Is it possible? Can i just go and list at ebay.com instead of ebay.com.au??

yes, if you linked to p/p a/c [ p/p doesnt even have to be veified, but it helps for certain listings]
