Payment for Store subscription

I have a bank account linked for managed payments but not a debt or credit card. I’d like to start an eBay store but adding a debt or credit card could compromise me, do they take the sub fee from the mp bank account if the sales don’t cover it?

I think they will ask you to transfer some fund from your bank account to your seller account,I dunno,may be someone comes along with a better answer.

you will find your answer by reading the terms and conditions, and/or contacting eBay customer support.

I believe you will need to add a debit card at some point anyway, it will NOT compromise you if you add a valid one.

If you have an active bank account which accepts direct debits then if they can never get your fees/subscriptions from your balance then they'll always go to that first and a card will never be needed. (I've got a card attached and they've never touched it)

If your eBay sales don't cover your store subscription fee, eBay will likely take the fee from your managed payments bank account.
