Multiple Accounts

About 6 months ago I read some ebay policy which stated you could have 3 or 4 accounts in the same household, I can't remember exactly how many. After looking again recently I can't seem to find this policy anymore and so I'm not sure what their standing on mutliple accounts is. Does anyone else know what the limit is or if there is a limit at all? Thanks.
