I have never found anything decent to sell on ebay.com.au that will make me profit that isent phake!!!!!! :rant:

That is why so many people sell phakes!

The truth is, it is VERY time consuming and difficult to find legitimate items to sell that provide a good profit margin allowing you to make a living. Especially when you factor in the inevitable returns, eBay fees, buyer fraud, etc.

You might want to try a service like HammerTap. You can find these on eBay under the PARTNERS section. Basically, you type in the keywords of a product you would like to sell, and it will show you the average sale price and percentage of successful listings. You can also look at the listings to get ideas on how to list your stuff.

I don't know if Vendio or HammerTap are available in AU, but they must have SOMETHING like it available in AU.

Back in the mid to late 90's you could make a lot of money buying stuff locally and selling it on eBay. Now, the reverse is true. You can make some money BUYING on eBay and selling locally. You still have to know what you are doing, though. Research is key.

There is no such thing as easy money, not even for the people selling the phakes. They are taking certain risks. Customs Seizures, Added Stress, Potential Criminal Prosecution, etc.

There is a simple way, but it involves WORK!!! simply sell Very Low priced items, People when buying Say, a Cell Phone case do not really Care if one sellers case is a dollar cheaper than another sellers, all they know is that they want a cell phone case NOW so they just BUY it, So with these type of Cheap items ANYONE can Compete, but to "Make a Living" you need to sell A LOT OF THEM---Also 99% of the Time with items like these VERO is almost Never a Problem, and it also seems that Paypal Does not Molest you as much either.

And another thing is just taking advantage of shipping cost and using a ebay/paypal fee calculator. If you can charge $6.95 for something that costs $2.00 to ship then you only need to sell 20 a day to make $2000 a month.
