yes great news... makes stealth a bit easier now... with paymate once account is set up you dont need to log in, it processes automatically, and if using auctiva dont need to log into ebay once token is given... less IP problems...YAY
Anyone try to make stealth paymate yet? if so is it the same as paypal ie they dont check name on bank account?

paul1985312 06-29-2010 09:34 PM

But ppl would like to purchase stuff through pp. We will lost majority of customers if we just accept paymate. Is it correct?

You will be surprised on how many people hate paypal, if customers ask for paypal tell them paymate offers the same protection, and you can always have a paypal account as well if they insist...

paul1985312 06-29-2010 09:51 PM

i am not surprise that how ebay sellors hate pp. But customers probably not

Is paymate not owned by ebay as well? I dunno how this will affect the ability to make stealth accounts. I have yet to make my own since i am still learning. What will this mean for VERO items and bhakes?

I am guessing this is good news by all the responses :thumb:

dang man. you guys in OZ are so lucky. lol
i wish that would happen over here too! ;)

Mmm i think in the matter of stealth paypal makes it easier, because if anyone pays you with paypal, and they put through a dispute, it just limits the paypal not the ebay.

And ebay are pains in the butt to get to lift suspensions even with every document under the sun.

SelfMade17 06-30-2010 11:54 AM

yeah but once paypal is gone forever you got to find a new way of processing payments..but onec ebay is gone ever..then you gotta make a new one!

apconcen 06-30-2010 12:45 PM

any word yet though on if auctiva will support paymate. We need a stealth listing service that supports paymate

realka 06-30-2010 07:39 PM

but the thing is most of buyers would like to buy from the sellers who have pay pal ,rite?

SelfMade17 06-30-2010 08:06 PM

yeah..its such a common thing for buyers now..they think its full proof o.O

EFIL4OREV 07-01-2010 07:27 AM

Would paymate link the same amount of info with ebay as paypal? Does this mean i can make a stealth ebay and use a paymate acount that uses info from a suspended paypal without there being problems?

EFIL4OREV 07-01-2010 07:28 AM

Also what are paymates fees like compared to paypal?

SelfMade17 07-01-2010 09:43 AM

paymate..interesting subject. people love it..people hate it..
o.O
