Default what does this mean

Alert
Thanks for your interest in this item. But before you buy this item, we need to ask you to confirm your identity.

To keep eBay a safe place to buy and sell, we may ask users to confirm their registration information if it looks like their account is connected to another account that's already limited, restricted, or suspended.

To confirm your identity now, please print and complete our proof of identity form. You'll be asked to fax the completed form along with proof that your eBay contact information is correct.

If you're able to successfully confirm your identity, you'll be able to buy and sell again.

It could be a hundred things wrong with the account, but if you do nothing, you'll never get it back. Either provide the papers, or start over
