buying different items from dhgate & paying with paypal
 

Hey guys

sorry if this is a noob question, I am a noob so yeah.

I baught some vero items from dhgate, and listed on ebay, sold a few then got MC019 notification.

I reworded the listing and removed all trademark stuff etc, and relisted. I sold several more and the listing lasted much long than last time (I thought I would be ok).

I had nearly sold out with a day left on the listing so i baught some more stock through dhgate via paypal. The next day BAM another MC019 notification. NOw suspended for 7 days. Ive learned my lesson though, not selling any more vero items.

However, there is plenty of non vero stuff on dhgate that I want to sell.

two questions:

1) can paypal see that ive baught vero items from dhgate, notify ebay, who then notify the vero agent? (sounds a bit crazy, but it is paypal/ebay)

2) if i buy from dhgate again (even with non vero stuff) is there a good chance that ill get another listing violation/suspension?


I have the ebay stealth book but it didnt mention this stuff

Some people think if you use paypal to pay for dhgate items you will more likely to get in trouble with ebay. I don't personally know if this is true or not, but you may want to keep that in mind. You can always create a stealth paypal for buying.

well it wouldnt even need to be stealth would it? if you are just using it for dhgate or alibabe or watever?

Its soo convenient to re up with a paypal you receive Payments to but truth is don't do it wait till your money hits thee bank the use the wallet or a credit card that doesn't charge you if you buy something internationaly....

Think about it....if paypal asks for supplier info...and see all the dh activity....they are too smart for there own good.....lol....sure

i did used to sell some vero staff, i used to dropship from china. and every three days i used to pay $#### my supplier through the same paypal account.......... i never had no problem. its was also a new account-- about 3 months old. then when they limited my account they choose 2 payments that i sent that supplier and told me to give more information about. i just lied to them saying like:

"this supplier is a friend of mine; who supplied me with NON-brand items view months ago. at the time the supplier had M.O.Q and i had to convince him that i will only order small amount and promised to give him 20% of my final profit and that is what this money is for....balah balah.." and they accepted.

but they still suspended me with other problems. because of my silly mistakes. damn you paypal.
