questions about starting again
 

Hello hope you all had a great Xmas, New Year and more to come.
I have been away from this forum for a long while.
This is my situation:
Had a very active, successful ebay/paypal acc for a long time a few years ago (I think may be 6). Got screwed, as expected, by paypal claims of non-received goods, loads of bulls.


Basically that thrown me out of action, lost LOTS of money as they froze my account of a few thousands.

Moving on to 2011 am wanting to start my new account and this has to stay for good as it links to my new legitimate business/venture.

Question 1:
Have purchased a prepaid but it is non re-loadable, and didnt realise, but there is no section on the online account where you can put the card in "your name".
Am creating a new account with my current bank for avoidance of match sake.

Will that be OK? I do have a new address and new IP.

Question 2:
What if... I use my newly registered business name with a registered business's debit card? Will that be OK?

Question 3:
I read that you can muck around up to $6K until they, PP, start to want more proof due to anti-money laundering etc etc... can I just use scenario in question 1 until the $6K is up, then move on to a business account with business identity? Wont they still ask for my personal ID or is a business registration, business acc, and business debit card enough?

Quick point, this $6000 is not to be fussed over: be aware from the start about it. In the mean time look at the ATO site for money laundering....xx
