Paypal, eBay and iOffer
 

I just recently created a new Stealth Account. However, i'm looking at also creating a new iOffer account. Would it be better to create a new iOffer account separate to my Stealth account i.e. new email, paypal etc? If i create a new pay pal account with the same details as my steal account, would this be an issue with eBay and PayPal and would I get limited?

Any advice would be appreciated.

No it wouldn't, it's what I've always done, I use the same details on my ebay/pp to create an ioffer account and also use the same vcc and phone #, depending on which vcc you use it needs to have at least $1 on it, if I'm not mistaken.

And would it matter if you use the same phone number, bank account number, credit card number as the stealth account?

ioffer isn't connected with ebay so yes...

one more question - I have a pay pal account that was linked to a suspended ebay account. Would it matter if i used it to receive payments for ioffer? and if so would i need to use a different ip address when logging on to pay pal?

You can ust that Paypal account with iOffer with no Problem,,,Do Not worry about the IP

you have to make sure the vcc has enough load on it to handle more then one transaction and its setup for multiple transactions. usually vcc's are 1 authorization only and they are done. a 1 off. but i can get multiple use vcc's that have 1yr valid use / exp. for worldwide use.
