Do ioffer & ebay link together?
 

Do ioffer & ebay link together? i had an ebay account just suspended a few days. then i first try to register account on Ioffer . However, i got the message from Ioffer states that "You have exceeded the maximum amount of verification attempts". i sent ioffer an email & they quickly replied me to send a copy of ID with picture and mailing address. why they wanna see my id??
so it means that i can not register account on ioffer, right??
should i send them my passport? or can i use my student id?? it has picture on...or anything else you think i could use as my id??
Can i use old paypal account (which linked to ebay suspended account) to link with new ioffer account for selling?

The two sites aren't related in any way. It's always possible they've fromed an agreement to trade information on users but it hasn't affected my account. Does anyone else use the computer you did this on?

Rest assured that Ioffer and Ebay have NOTHING at all to do with each other in any way at all
