australia ebay store + US VCC to activate
 

Hi guys,

I've opened up an seller account's Australia ebay and would like to add a basic store.

The problem is, they now require a credit card to be added into ebay.

Can I use a US VCC just to activate the ebay store?

Is there any benefit in adding a VCC to your EB/PP to verify or making payments of fees

A VCC on your PP account will allow you to sell, even if have your bank verified, no credit card no sell. The bank account on your PayPal is so you can remove your funds from PayPal the easy way.

A VCC on your eBay account will make it verified immediately so you can start selling, without having to link your PayPal account directly, just remember eBay will try to take its listing fees off that card! There was a thread of using a prepaid card on your eBay and either reloading it or buying a new giftcard every time funds run out to pay your eBay fees.
