21 Day Hold Starting In Australia?

I guess all we Aussie users got the email from Paypal yesterday. Which introduces us to the 21 day hold. Something I do not think we have had to worry about before. From reading the user update am I correct in assuming we will now have to contend with is delightful Paypal innovation? Anyway we can get it overturned like we did the Paypal only payment method?

When this first appeared in USA a positive feedback would do the job in having your funds released sooner than 21 days, maybe this method will work for you all there.

They said they would hold my funds, but they only did with one small item. When listing, they say they always may hold funds, but never do.
