selling in australia from a US addressed account?
 

Hi,
I have been suspended on ebay.com.au and despite many attempts, the pricks keep finding me. I am doing everything right - but because I sell fairly similar items all the time, I am sure this is how they get me. I have tried rewording titles and different pictures, but they still find me.

Although the don't kick me off - they just restrict me from selling - using the excuse that someone else must be using my account - a user that was previously suspended.

So, I have ended up with about five accounts - all with good feedback, but can't sell on any of them because of selling restrictions.

So... I am thinking about buying one of the sellers accounts for sale on this forum (with 10+ feedback) but since these are all USA based, was wondering if I can do so and still sell on ebay.com.au ?

Or... buy a USA based account and change the address (progressively) to Australia - I assume ebay understands people move house? Would this work - or would it get canned?

Just out of curosity, but have you actually read the stealth guide? There might be something linking all of your accounts that you overlooked.

IF you buy a USA account, I would suggest you get a USA IP to match - either some net access or some remote access - progressively changing to australia is doable but you would have to call in and likely deal with ID verification.

How would you progressively move from the U.S. to Aus.? Plan on doing a little island hopping?

Have you tried to get someone else to try and sell one of these for you? It would be interesting if someone in say another state listed one of these for you just to see if eBay shuts them down.
