What is the best ISP for ebay stealth(changinf of ip) in australia?

Hi guys,
I am about to go stealth so have been messing around with my router only to find I am on TPG fixed IP and no matter what i do it cant change ever:( I just got off the phone with there customer service (somewhere in the states quite funny since i thought TPG was australia only lol) and they confirmed it is a fixed ip that will never change no matter what so I guess no more TPG.

So what is the best service to use in Aus that will give me dynamic IP so when
I mess with the lat 2 sets in my mac id that i can manipulate the ip to be what i want?

I have been loosely using the ebay stelth guide but keep getting paypal limited for 6 months or eBay linked. I am following the guide to the letter this time around and i have faith it will work as I have been sloppy in my past stealth accounts which wont happen again!

Is he friends with Harvey Birdman? lol jk

Stop being loose, you naughty thing. Only lumberjacks are that ;)

Harvey Norman is a retail chain in OZ. Owner is one of the wealthy's men in OZ.

TPG have brilliant naked adsl but their static IP demands negates their usage for stealth.

Consider mobile broadband as suggested. Make sure your area is fully covered reception wise. ISP change may be needed.
Read thro' the below URL. Has sooo much info about our local conditions.

I use iinet.com.au One of the main reasons is their 24/7 availability. I can always speak to them & get help. BIG plus the staff are not monkies.

thanks guys,
All that information is very usefull to me but i still just want to know about the mac id and then changee of ip through that.
As I am unfamiliar with mobile/naked broadband are you able to change the mac ID on a wireless setup?
Thanks again:)

Please excuse my teriible typing also, even got the topic title messed up lol

With TPG you can send IP address change request to adsl_admin@tpg.com.au and then they will change your IP address for once and charge you $10.

However, if you need to change IP address from time to time and you best off change the internet provider
